It is a very beautiful hotel. Very clean and the breakfast is amazing. The only downside is parking, we had to park outside of the hotel because there weren't enough spaces available in the hotel's parking lot. Aside from that, it was a very great hotel.

I went to Miami for a family emergency and chose this Embassy property because of its proximity to the airport. It is my second time staying in this property. The staff is amazing, the room clean and well-kept. On this trip I used the washer and dryer and they worked well. The breakfast crew at this property was FANTASTIC! They were friendly and worked with cheer. The hotel was full and they were like a well-oiled machine: tables were cleaned promptly to accommodate guests coming down for breakfast, breakfast items were kept stocked. The omelet line was long during high peak hours and this it to be expected. All in all, a great place to stay.

Nice staff but incredibly run down rooms. Check in was a breeze. Liked the hotel airport shuttle every 30 minutes As an option. Happy hour was 2 types of veggies with ranch dip, chips and salsa. Breakfast was meh - the omelet line was massive so I skipped it. Rest of the breakfast food is processed. The bed room was run down - dark and really warm. The location is noisy - trains, car lots, planes. The room was to be close to the airport, nothing more, and it did that job. I would not vacation here or return for work.

We enjoy using this hotel when we fly from Miami and fly back to Miami. Our top notes: Parking leave your car here and it seems very safe and we haven’t had any problem. The charge is reasonable. Courtesy shuttle: this courtesy shuttle takes you to the airport and brings you back, it’s very trustworthy and the drivers are most courteous and helpful with your baggage. Courtesy shuttle does more than this, though it will take you to the gas station to get small supplies the casino and many other locations of interest. This is a free service we used it twice yesterday when we arrived in Miami, we were able to board immediately without waiting at the airport departure or arrival of note Yasbel was extremely helpful and professional. He gave us some tips for good traffic patterns when leaving in the morning parentheses after 10 and before three the best times for traffic. He informed me that he could drive us to the gas station to get supplies for the road because we have a bit of a drive, and not only that, he was the driver for that courtesy trip and actually escorted me into the shop and waited for me while I made my purchases even help me carry everything. I needed some water some snacks and of course a Miami empanada was just lovely and I’m so happy that, he was our driver. The bar: we immediately stopped every time for our welcome home drink, and a hot meal, even though there is a happy hour, which has coupons that you are given to use at the lounge area. We prefer to sit at the bar and will pay, reasonable prices for our beverages and meals. We have been lucky enough to have done this enough times to remember the bartenders and they remember us. It’s like home away from home. I had a special bourbon and club soda with a slice of orange made for me to my specifications, and by the way, they have the best wings, the service, prompt, friendly, accurate and it’s just a pleasant place to wind down after a flight or even a bon voyage the night before our flight I would like to remember all the names of the people at the bar that help us but there’s one name that stands out that I would like to bring your attention to: Jaisel! He really does go to a higher level of service and making the drinks with the right amount of ice the right amount of mixer in a very nice glass. Arived this Monday. Nice and close to the airport. Why only 3 stars in the review? Well, i tried to use the shuttle from the airport twice, first one was full, oke could happen. I waited for the next ride, same driver did Not seem to recognize me and let all new guests in first and i again did not fit in the shuttle. I arrived at the hotel and a very friendly lady helped me with the checkin. I told her the story of the shuttle and she gave me 4 extra evening reception drinks, although it was already past time of the evening reception and i only stayed for one night… I am a hilton Gold member and she said there where two bottles of water in my room. I went to the room and when i arrived i did not see any waters. Oke could happen. So went back down, i got helped by the manager (her badge said that). I told her i was checked in by her colleague and explained i did not find any water in the room, very annoyed she responded;”they should be there, they are on the counter with labels with a price in there. I told her i did bot find the bottles. She said; “housekeeping always puts them, they never forget this” i told again they are not there she said; “whatever! Then grab two from the shop” and pointed to the Starbucks shop. She walked away without saying anything after. I tried to also ask for the other gold member benefit of receiving 2 candy bars, the lady said they where given at checkin, again i said i did not receive them and then she literally shoved the bag with the two bars to me without even a sorry… i felt very uncomfortable and also not respected. I am visiting miami very often but i will avoid this hotel next time im here. I dont feel welcome here. The property looks nice and the room was good but the front office staff did not deliver any respectful service.
